Return Policy

All Things Clean offers a 7 day money back guarantee. Customer must call and receive an RA# for purchased items wanting to be returned within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns must be in original packaging accompanied with invoice #. Please follow the steps below but please first read the following conditions that apply:

  • Special Order parts are non returnable. All special order or custom order parts are final sale, and will not be accepted even if items are returned. Items will be shipped back to the customer if these items are returned, and no credit or refunds are offered for special order parts.
  • Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • No restocking fee for unopened items with a RA# issued within 7 days.
  • 15% restocking fee for opened and resealed items.
  • Return shipping will be paid for by customer unless error was made by All Things Clean (Ex: wrong item shipped) in which case return shipping will be paid for by All Things Clean.
  • Products must be accompanied with all original packing, tags, remotes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, promotional gifts, and anything else included with item purchase.
  • All Things Clean assumes no responsibility for lost products during return transit.
  • All Things Clean reserves the right to take up to 14 days to process and inspect returns before refund credit is given.
  • If item shows excessive wear and tear, or has smoke damage, the return will be denied and the product will be sent back to the customer.
