Expert Help Q & A
Do I need to be an existing customer?
No. We’re happy to help homeowners whether you purchased from us already or you’re still researching. If you have your model number and a clear description of the issue, we can usually guide you quickly.
Can you help me choose the right vacuum for my home?
Yes. Tell us your floor types (carpet, hard floors, area rugs), whether you have pets, any allergy concerns, and your budget range. We’ll recommend the best-fit options and accessories.
My vacuum (or central vac) lost suction, what’s the first thing to check?
The most common causes are a full bag/bin, a clogged filter, a blockage, or a worn brushroll/belt. If you message us the model and symptoms, we’ll send the fastest checklist for your exact setup.
Can you troubleshoot a central vacuum clog?
Yes. We can walk you through simple checks like inlet testing, hose checks, and “which area is affected” to narrow down where the clog is. If it needs service, we’ll guide you on next steps.
Do you provide in-home service for central vacuum systems?
Yes, depending on your location and the type of issue. Use the contact page and include your city, system type, and what’s happening.
Can you handle warranty service for products you sell?
For many of the products we sell (including vacuum-related equipment and supported systems), we can assist with warranty support and help coordinate the correct warranty process in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
How quickly will you respond?
We respond as quickly as possible during business hours. Including your model number and photos/video helps us move faster and give you accurate next steps.
