What It Covers
A manufacturer warranty is provided by the vacuum’s brand and typically covers defects in materials or workmanship. While these warranties offer valuable protection, they usually do not cover routine maintenance, wear and tear from normal use, or damage caused by misuse or neglect.

As your authorized dealer, we honor and facilitate all manufacturer warranty claims—ensuring that any valid repairs or replacements are handled quickly and professionally on your behalf.

Have questions or need to schedule your first service visit? 
Exclusions: All Things Clean’s 3-Year Service Plan applies only to vacuums purchased for personal use at the manufacturer’s Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). It excludes vacuums purchased for commercial use (e.g., housecleaning), all battery-powered (cordless) and bagless vacuum cleaners, and Miele kitchen appliances. The service visits do not cover consumable items such as batteries, bags, filters, or brush rolls, and does not apply to damage resulting from misuse or neglect. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our service center if they cannot visit the store. All Things Clean reserves the right to determine coverage under the Service Program.
