Shipping Within the United States
Most orders ship within 12–24 hours of being placed. During periods of high order volume, processing times may extend to 2–3 business days.
Our daily shipping cutoff time is 3:00 PM PST. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day.
We primarily ship orders via USPS Ground. Depending on the product’s size, weight, and packaging requirements, some orders may ship via UPS.

Sales Tax
All Things Clean is required to collect California sales tax on orders shipped within California. Orders shipped outside of California are not subject to California sales tax. Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping address.
Store/Curbside Pickup
Orders placed for store or curbside pickup are typically ready within 1 hour of order placement during normal business hours.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM on weekdays or after 3:00 PM on Saturdays may not be ready until the next business day.
You will receive an email, text message or phone call when your order is ready (depending on which marketing method was chosen). Customers may either come inside the store to pick up their order or reply to the message to request curbside delivery directly to their vehicle.

Local Delivery
Local delivery is typically completed within 1–2 business days. After your order is placed, a member of our team will contact you to coordinate delivery.
Local delivery availability is zip-code restricted. If your address qualifies, the local delivery option will appear at checkout. If it does not, please select standard shipping or store/curbside pickup.
All Things Clean provides true local delivery, performed by one of our knowledgeable staff members, ensuring your products are hand-delivered directly to your doorstep.
We also offer optional white-glove services, including unboxing, assembly, and product training to get the most out of your purchase. These services may be requested and purchased in advance by contacting us at (408) 354-4460. Please have your order number available when calling or messaging. Service rates vary by product.
