If you are unsure whether your vacuum qualifies for in-store service, contact us and our team will confirm.

Free repair estimates

We do not charge for basic repair estimates on in-store vacuum repairs. Once we inspect your machine, we will explain what is needed, the expected cost, and whether the repair makes sense based on the age and condition of the vacuum.

No work is performed without your approval.

Common in-store vacuum services

  • Belt replacement
  • Brushroll repair or replacement
  • Cord repair or replacement
  • Electrical checks and troubleshooting
  • Loss of suction diagnosis
  • Performance and airflow issues

Standard service vs deep clean

Not all service needs are the same. We offer both standard service work and comprehensive deep cleaning depending on the condition of your vacuum.

Standard service

Includes quick service items such as belt changes, brushroll replacement, cord repairs, and minor adjustments.

Deep clean service

Our deep clean service is available for most vacuum brands, such as Dyson, Miele, and SEBO. Each deep clean includes a full casing washout, filter replacements, electrical inspection, and detailed brush cleaning.

Turnaround time

Most in-store vacuum repairs are completed within a few business days, depending on workload and parts availability. If special parts are required, we will let you know upfront. Some quick fixes can be addressed and resolved while you wait.

Genuine parts and proper fit

We use genuine replacement parts whenever possible to ensure proper fit, performance, and longevity. Using incorrect or aftermarket parts can lead to reduced performance and premature wear.

Who this service is best for

  • Homeowners who want to maintain a quality vacuum long-term
  • Customers who prefer repair over replacement
  • Pet owners and allergy-sensitive households
  • Anyone experiencing reduced performance or unusual noise

What to bring with you

  • Your vacuum and commonly used attachments
  • Any bags, filters, or accessories related to the issue
  • A brief description of what the vacuum is doing (or not doing)
