Refund policy
All Things Clean puts customer satisfaction first! So to make sure you are totally satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all consumables & new vacuum cleaner purchases. Customer must call and receive an RA# for purchased items wanting to be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. Returns must be in original packaging accompanied with invoice #. Please follow the steps above but please first read the following conditions that apply:

All sale, discounted items, air purifiers, air purifier filters and refurbished items are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Built-in appliance orders cancelled before receipt of delivery will incur a 25% restocking fee. Once installed, no returns or cancellations can be issued.
- Special Order parts are non returnable. All special order or custom order parts are final sale, and will not be accepted even if items are returned. No credit or refunds are offered for special order parts.
- Initial shipping costs will not be refunded. If the order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
- 20% restocking fee for items with a RA# issued within 30 days that meet the conditions listed here.
- Return shipping will be paid for by customer unless error was made by All Things Clean (Ex: wrong item shipped) in which case return shipping will be paid for by All Things Clean.
- Products must be accompanied with all original packing, tags, remotes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, promotional gifts, and anything else included with item purchase.
- All Things Clean assumes no responsibility for lost products during return transit.
- All Things Clean reserves the right to take up to 14 days to process and inspect returns before refund credit is given.
- If item shows excessive wear and tear, smoke damage, pet odors, or any other sign of abuse or misuse the return will be denied and the product will be sent back to the customer.
Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly, so if you need to cancel, please contact us immediately. We'll do our best to stop the order before it ships. Please note you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges (including promotional shipping) and return shipping if cancellation is not possible.
Rebates & Extended Warranties
Miele rebates and extended warranties are offered directly by Miele. Customers are responsible for submitting any and all requirements post-purchase. All Things Clean is not liable for missed or unclaimed offers. Please see Miele's Promotion Page for any and all current rebates or sales.
SEBO extended warranties are offered directly from SEBO on qualifying vacuum purchases. Warranty details are subject to SEBO and can change at any time.
