Experience exceptional cooking flexibility, precision, and performance with the Miele KM 7745 FL 36" Induction Cooktop with PowerFlex in Black Ceramic Glass. Part of Miele's premium Platinum collection, this sophisticated cooktop combines six powerful induction cooking zones, advanced intelligent features, and sleek frameless styling for a premium cooking experience.
Featuring six induction cooking zones arranged into three PowerFlex cooking areas, the KM 7745 FL adapts to a wide variety of cookware sizes and cooking styles. Each PowerFlex area combines two induction zones into one spacious cooking surface, measuring 230 x 390 mm. The center and right PowerFlex areas deliver up to 7,400 watts with TwinBooster, providing rapid heating for larger pots, roasting pans, and specialty cookware.
Miele's advanced TwinBooster technology allows induction power to be distributed across cooking zones or concentrated for particularly fast heating. The intuitive SmartSelect touch controls feature a clear yellow display and direct numerical power selection, allowing precise adjustments and convenient management of individual cooking timers.
For intelligent kitchen integration, Con@ctivity 3.0 enables the cooktop to communicate with compatible Miele ventilation hoods, automatically adjusting ventilation performance according to cooking activity. Integrated Miele@home connectivity supports compatible smart-home functions, digital notifications, and connected appliance features.
Designed to simplify everyday cooking, the KM 7745 FL features permanent pan recognition, automatic heat-up, a keep-warm function, and Stop & Go, which temporarily reduces active cooking zones to a lower power setting. The Recall function helps restore previous settings after an accidental shutdown, while Wipe Protection allows convenient cleaning of the touch-control area without unintended adjustments.
Comprehensive safety features include automatic safety shut-off, control lock, system lock, overheating protection, and residual heat indicators. The smooth black ceramic glass surface is easy to maintain and creates an elegant appearance that complements contemporary kitchen designs.
The cooktop's frameless construction supports flush-mounted or surface-mounted installation, providing flexibility for different countertop materials and kitchen layouts.
Combining six versatile induction zones, three flexible PowerFlex cooking areas, advanced TwinBooster performance, and intelligent Miele connectivity, the KM 7745 FL delivers exceptional precision and convenience for everyday meals and ambitious culinary creations.
